Mississippi Perspective - We’re going to move on down to Simpson County now, and let me just say that I’m not big on telling a judge he mishandled something, but Judge Larry Buffington botched the handling of former Supreme Court Justice Oliver Diaz’s appointment from nearly the get-go.

ReplyDeleteI only hope our judicial ethics commission will do something about this guy. It isn't just Simpson County, he is running roughshod over the rights of the supervisors in Smith County, too!
ReplyDeleteI understand some competitors for the bid for Covington County's hospital are not too excited that Buffington pulled the supervisors' strings to get his friend the contract. There might be more than a judicial commission complaint coming out of that.
